Cottage Cove: Port George
Cottage Cove Park is simply a crescent-shaped, dirt road off the main road with parking, picnic tables and outhouses. The main features here are the rocky islands just off shore that are a favorite sunning area for seals. At low tide you can get fairly close to the islands; at high tide, bring along binoculars. The seals tend to be curious about you, as well, and will often come close, bobbing their heads out of the water to get a good look at you.
