The name says it all. This is a cozy crescent shaped beach with soft white sand. There are actually three beaches connected by walking paths, though be warned that the third beach (the farthest away) is an optional clothing beach.

From Halifax’s Armdale rotary, follow Herring Cove Rd.
Turn right (west) on Old Sambro Rd.
Turn right (west) on West Pennant Rd.
Turn left (south) on to East Pennant Rd.
Turn left (southeast) on Sambro Creek Rd.
Angle right on the park road and follow to the parking lot.
