Long Beach, in East Chezzetcook, is one of the hidden secrets of Nova Scotia.  A bit off the beaten path, few people are familiar with this wonderful sandy beach. Parking is limited but crowds are definitely smaller.

Coordinates for parking lot:  44° 40.831’N  63° 12.475’W

From Dartmouth, follow Hwy 107 east past Lake Echo and  Porter’s Lake. After Porter’s Lake you will pass marshy area and the off ramp to East Chezzetcook is immediately after this.
Follow East Chezzetcook Rd. south to the small gravel parking lot at the very end. The last 1/2 kilometer is a gravel road.
