Rainbow Haven Beach is one of the most popular beaches in the Dartmouth! It’s a great, family friendly, sandy, ocean cove that doesn’t have huge waves because of it location.
Directions:
From Cole Harbour Rd on the edge of Dartmouth, follow Bissett Rd right (south east).
At the end of Bissett Rd., turn left (north) on Cow Bay Rd.
The entrance to Rainbow Haven Beach will be on your right.
