Scots Bay
Scots bay is an excellent beach for rock hounds! As you walk along the rocky beach be sure to keep your eye out for many pieces of agates, jasper and opals!

Directions:
From Hwy 101 or west of Wolfville, follow Hwy 358 north, past Canning, to the top of the ridge. Be sure to stop at the Lookout for an incredible view of the valley. Continue on Hwy 358 to the town of Scots Bay. In the town of Scots Bay, turn left (west) on Wharf Rd. There is a an area on your left, before you reach the parking lot, where you can find outhouses and picnic tables. For access to the beach, park at the very end of the parking lot and cross over the wooden bridge.
